It was a good turnout on 2nd June.
They comprise of our children (Keefe, Isaac, Kendra, Natalie, Angelica and Pamelia), Mark, Luther, Faith,Uncle Simon, Aunty Angela, Uncle Jason, Uncle Seng Wee, Aunty Sui Koon, Aunty Jana and Aunty Win Nie. Wow, 16 of us in the house ! Everyone did our part, it's a great team work effort. Thanks to ALL who came !!! And thanks for our hosts (Seng Wee, Sui Koon) and also Uncle Jason, whose friend provided us with free cloth for the banner. Thanks Simon for contributing to the poles. And all who are supportive in any ways !

Oops, Aunty Win Nie forgot to take photos ! I think I was too busy thinking about the banner that day . I should call for our SUPERKIDS TEAM Photographer next time. Children, who is willing to volunteer to be the Photographer ?

Here are two reports from 2 SUPERKIDS who volunteered to be our Journalists .
Any SUPERKIDS who turn up that day want to contribute to say anything about this banner making day ? Feel free to write and give to Aunty Win Nie.

It was a fun day for me today, on Saturday. We had to draw pictures of a family, the rainbow, the pot of gold and the theme of the church camp, "Stepping up and moving forward" on the banner. Not all of us turned up, but still, we tried to make the banner nice and presentable. Aunty Angela and Mark painted and drew the pot of gold. It looked very glittery, as aunty Angela had put glitter glue onto the pot of gold. Some of the adults were touching up the paint so that nobody
would notice paint marks that made the banner look untidy. Some of the children were asked to draw the man, woman, boy and girl on the banner, so that there was a family drawn on it. Isaac drew the boy, my sister drew the man and girl and I drew the woman. It was fun helping out in the banner- - painting, although nobody from my family are going to the church camp. I hope everybody have had a fun time too !

Today was a fun and exciting day for me. I got to paint, draw and even outline the words on the banner for our upcoming church camp ! Everyone was busy drawing and painting and we had such fun !!! I love to paint the words because I just love to paint....hehezzz....We also had a mini-break in between to rest from the painting, drawing etc. The banner painting was held in Auntie Sui Koon and Uncle Seng Wee's home. It was indeed a long and hard day for us after having to do all the paintings, drawings, outlining..... The main attraction of the banner was the pot of gold which was drawn by Auntie Angela. It was the main attraction because it is so beautiful and shiny with a handful of gold. She spent 2 1/2 hours painting and drawing just a pot of gold?!

Although I am not going to the camp, I feel that maybe they will be grateful to those who were not going that did the banner. At first I felt a bit disappointed but later, Auntie Win Nie told me that at least I came to the pre-church camp for free ! I cheered up a bit but was still a tad disappointed. . Anyway, after a long and tiring day, we finally got to go home. I felt very relaxed after that. I will never forget this day !
