hi SKIDS !

Aren't you glad you are at Sunday Service listening to God's word?

While the J2 are also listening to God telling them about seeds, so were you ! (You can also grow your own bean sprout ! Go and ask any of the J2 Kids about it ) Do you know why Jesus used seeds to tell his children about the Kingdom of God ?

Because seeds are very practical lessons that Jesus used to tell stories. He knows that if you listen carefully with your heart, you will know the secrets he is telling you. And they are important because God's words are like food for you.


Mustard seeds : so small yet when planted properly, it will grow into a large size tree

1. Never Despise the day of small beginning.

The Mustard seed is so small , yet when planted properly, it will grow into a large size tree , providing shelter. Every little things you do for God, like doing physical arrangment, helping a friend, teacher, trying your best in doing anything ..... never think that it's too small and unimportant. Every small little things you start to do, God sees it. (even if no one notice) So never say no. But try it !


There are untapped potentials in everyone of us.
That means everyone (Keefe, Isaac, Lynette, Daphne, Angelica, Pamelia etcetc) has GREAT ability /abilities inside of us that are not showing yet. However, we must believe that God created us that great ability to use it . Every kid is a winner in Christ Jesus.


The mustard seed has grown into a big tree !

2. How can we reach our potential ?

a) We need to be planted into the ground.
In order for the seed to grow, it needs to be planted. If you throw the seed to the ground, it will not grow. But plant it INTO the ground.For us, we need to to be planted into Jesus Christ. It means that we need to be planted into God's word, His values, characters. How do you know God's word, his values and characters?


b) There has to be a death within
It means that whatever that is not good, it must die or be taken away. Things like bad habits, like laziness, saying vulgarities, unpleasant words got to be out of our life before we can reach our potential. How ? Be determined to do so. God will give us strength if we do not know how. But we can ask God for it. I am sure He will give to you if you ask.

c) Believe God's Word
So, start believing God's word and what you have heard. If you have done so, GREAT ! What are some of God's word to believe?

For example :
" I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me"
