wow, Skids, how I admire you to be staying at service room listening to God's words ! Aunty Win Nie was teaching the J2, so i missed the sermon. Here, Aunty Constance has helped us to write down the sermon notes to be posted at this blog. Thanks Aunty Constance ! As I was reading about it, I also learnt, even though I wasn't at the service room with all of you. This is about the TREASURE ! so don't miss it.

Matthew 13 : 44- 46
19 August 2007 Sunday Service

1. The kingdom of God is worth more than  everything
  we own.

(a)  God's word is our personal gold mine.
           
---when you're reading the
bible, you're like digging gold!

---the more you dig the word of God,
the more gold you have, and the more joy
you have!            (b) The treasure is Jesus.



2. The pearl of great value is the abundant life.    

Proverbs 20:21   An inheritance quickly gained
at the beginning will be be blessed at the end.


There is a race for us to participate and a
fight to engage.


 As long as you finish the race, you will be rewarded! and
your reward will not perish!


 Remember also that our peace, joy etc
does not depend on man, but our relationship with God.
